System Design & Installation
We support complete plumbing installations for new construction, renovations, tenant improvements, and facility expansions. Work is coordinated with approved plans, applicable codes, equipment requirements, access constraints, and construction phasing.
Pipe Installation & Replacement
We install and replace piping using materials specified for the application. Before work begins, our team coordinates routing, supports, connections, shutdown requirements, and access with the project or facility contact.
Fixture Installation & Repair
Our fixture and equipment work includes commercial sinks, toilets, water heaters, pumps, and other specified plumbing components. Scope may include new installation, replacement, connection, and troubleshooting.
Drain Cleaning & Maintenance
Drain service may include investigation, cleaning, and corrective work based on accessible conditions. We document observed issues and discuss follow-up repair options when a recurring blockage or damaged component requires additional work.
Water System Maintenance
Planned plumbing maintenance can include inspections, pressure testing, leak investigation, valve and equipment checks, and documentation of developing conditions for facility planning.
Urgent Plumbing Repair
For a time-sensitive leak, damaged pipe, or loss of service, contact PMC with the site location, affected area, and any shutdown steps already taken. We will review the conditions and coordinate available next steps with the facility contact.
